The sound of burgers sizzling in London has reached a crescendo of late. Even the capital's finest burger inspectors have been having a tricky time trying to keep track of the plethora of new new entries, re-releases and special editions being added to the ever expanding pool of burgers and burger establishments.
One of these pop-up crusaders is Patty & Bun - a one-man burger machine. His previous pop-ups at The Doodle bar, Battersea and Queen of Hoxton, Shoreditch proved wildly popular and his current residency at the Endurance pub in Soho has seen rave reviews of his trademark 'Ari Gold' burger and 'Trip chips' by the burger mafia.
Unfortunately good things don't last forever. I recommend getting down to The Endurance soon before they get the boot!
